A Lesson note in its actual term is a written teacher's work and activities prepared strictly for a supervisor. In Nigeria, a lesson note is also the same as a lesson plan only that it is to be submitted to a supervisor. So a lesson note is an outline of the activities, aims and objectives of a proposed class.
